 1.顾问/高级顾问 Human Capital - Consultant / Senior Consultant（2名）
Job Profile:
The consultant will be primarily in charge of the human capital and organization management studies for certain industries or regions, while supporting on consulting projects. Specifically, he or she needs to:
-Approach client appropriately to arouse the interest in Human Capital service;
-Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies using spreadsheet, database, and customized application;
-Provide data consultation and evoke broader HR dialogues with clients and be able to offer suggestions and solutions;
-Act as a leading consultant in Human Capital related consulting projects.
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above;
-3 above years human capital ,organization or process related consulting experience or auditing firm working experience;
-Have a good understanding of the business operations and HR practices.
-Customer focus and attention to details;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Strong analytical and organizing skills;
-Hardworking, independent and self-motivated;
-Familiar with Excel or other data analysis software;
-English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
2.助理顾问(2名)
基本任职条件：
1、学士及以上学历（国民教育本科）
2、3年以上著名公司人力资源或生产管理经理工作经验，或相关管理咨询经验（优先）
3、良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、创新能力
4、积极进取，能够接受高强度的工作压力和出差
基本职责：
1.准备项目相关资料；
2.调研、统计、分析项目有关信息;
3.协助编写项目改善草案并与相关人员沟通;
4.协助资深顾问辅导顾客对咨询策略的实施;
5.定期回访客户,跟进咨询策略的实施状况并协助提出咨询策略实施后出现问题的改善草案
3.分析师(2名)
基本任职条件：
1、学士及以上学历（国民教育本科）
2、3年以上著名公司人力资源或生产管理工作经历
3、良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、创新能力
4、积极进取，能够接受高强度的工作压力和出差
基本职责：
1.准备项目相关资料；
2.调研、统计、分析项目有关信息
3.协助顾问编写项目草案并与相关人员沟通
4.定期回访客户,跟进咨询策略的实施状况并协助提出咨询策略实施后出现问题的改善草案
4.助理分析师(2名)
